Technology often begins as an entertainment medium.  It then becomes a source for education. 
And, if used correctly, it can evolve a community. 
Regeneration was one of two sites in West Virginia funded by Mission West Virginia, Inc., to open a distance learning center.  As Ritchie County Economic Development Authority Executive Director Kent Spellman described the announcement, "In a larger sense, the community and economic development of Ritchie County as a whole will benefit through the enhancement of our quality of life.  Our county will be more attractive to potential residents and businesses with this important component in place."
